To me it's weird you never see a slave outside of the slaver place.
It'd genuinely be interesting if every town had a few, and while not liked, it was considered 'legal'.
Exactly, they'd just be mook standard NPC's.
That bothers me.
Hell, even then the backstories aren't even explained.
To use Creel as an example, did he kill her parents? Or did he genuinely save her? You never find out.
One thing which bothers me is how many characters are written and given names, but aren't any more complex than the NPC's who run around.
Billy Creel, why establish all this stuff about him and the girl he's with, but have no quest or anything?
They might as well say.
"Really we gave up treating this like an RPG, just take the bigass stupid non-canon guns and shoot stuff while giving us money please".
