Do you still have faith in Obsidian as a developer?

While their newer titles have made me lose faith in them, I haven't given up on them, I'm always open for a turn around. I'm hoping for the best with Outer Worlds, but am also prepared for the worst. If it turns out to be another flop, we can still look forward to Starfield I guess? Here's...

    A possible Fallout 3 remaster?

I don't think Bethesda is the kind of developer that would create a remake of one of their older games, but then again I guess you could count Skyrim: Special Edition.

    The Fall of Bethesda

Stranger things have happened. So although the chance is slim, I wouldn't say its impossible.

    The Fall of Bethesda

I'm happy that people won't blindly buy Bethesda games anymore. But I remain hopeful for Bethesda, hopeful that Bethesda never wanted to release 4 and 76, hopeful that Starfield is a return to form. If it turns out to be as bad as Fo4, I'll give up on them. Until then I'm not ready to give up...

The Outer Worlds - New game RPG from Obsidian

What I'm really interested in is how are the controls, are they better or worse than Fo4? Are they better or worse than FoNV? I'm really hoping for a middle ground between the two, responsive controls that flow well and don't feel like you're constantly fighting it, but at the same time not so...

Noclip documentary about Bethesda - Some Fallout stuff

"The Casuals" are a boogeyman created as an all-purpose reason for why games are bad to avoid giving them complex reasons, which might result in the developer of said games not being seen as evil, which is why "The Casuals" exist, to certify that developers who make bad games are just evil. Not...

Noclip documentary about Bethesda - Some Fallout stuff

It's actually shocking to hear them acknowledge people saying it's been nothing but down hill since Morrowind.

    Fallout 76 announced!

Like TF2 minus the crates, people submit their work, it gets patched in, people buy it.

    E3 Fallout News Thread

If it's an online game of sorts, I hope that Bethesda has direct involvement in this instead of it being a new developer, because Fallout getting ESO's lore treatment would actually be worse than anything Bethesda can manage, as low as that bar is.

    Thoughts on lootboxes?

I think I may be overexaggerating, when I search my head for "Great games" can only think of Dawngate, which was owned by EA. I think you're right, as this thread went on I worried less and less about lootboxes being banned. My mind has been changed.
