Agreed. Fixt is pretty damn awesome, but for the first time, I'd just run with the bugs and shite removed. You're bound to replay the game at some point, so save that other stuff for later.

This is true. The game is huge and takes a lot of time to finish - hundreds of hours. Don't force it, especially with the DLCs. There's always something around the corner.
