Make sure the path is correct to the sprite It could say like C/GOG games/Sprites/Doors/HugeTrap.spr But the sprite file is in another location,like C/GOG games/Sprites/Weapons/HugeTrap.spr

Windows 10 is a fail,I prefer XP or 7 instead. Sorry your OS couldn't support this game,because it's to new. Try to run the game in Windows XP compatibility mode. P.S:Also hi-res patch doesn't do anything interesting.
