My recommendation: Watch Jericho. It didn't inspire Fallout, but it's still worth watching over the show we got.

I'm not surprised Kotaku liked the show, and is peddling the XXX aspects. There's all kinds of degenerate things that crowd likes that Fallout never explicitly showed, for good reason, until this show.

Between that 'flaw' and the suits not letting the pilots out if the Fusion Core is removed... No real army would allow those flaws on such expensive tech, but this is Bethesda so it's probably another 'ha ha ha' thing they thought up.

Would be interesting, and I've heard Bethesda might do a follow-up on this expansion, but to be honest they likely won't bother with anything that makes sense. If they're retconning the first game from '97, they've already crossed the proverbial Rubicon.
