Sure, but it's a major oversimplification of the issue which ignores all the flaws of Fallout 3/4. A lot of people also believe that everyone here hates New Vegas because of this by example.

There is no exact definition, but I think this quote explains the concept pretty well: By example, a LARPer could create missions which do not exist in the game.

That would be a very interesting thread. I thought about something like this for some time as well. I personnally do nto really roleplay during my first playthrough, or at least create a role before playing, since the choices in the game usually ends being so restrictive that my character ends...
