Actually, Fallout: Cascadia team has managed to re-create Fallout 3-like dialogue menu, so don't see any problems.

Actually, I kinda enjoyed Fallout 4. Not as much as New Vegas or classics, but it was interesting to get back out into the Wastes. But it really is not an RPG anymore.
