Kotaku profiles No Mutants Allowed and hating Fallout 3

Oh they indirectly mention NV with the dick jokes. OWB is full of them

Fallout 4 coming out on November 10, free mobile spin-off out now

You know there is actual more of a secret here. You don't even have to make a save the game does it even for you (and no I don't mean the door autosave here, there is a extra one). But I know thats not a point you can complain on for years so it is better ignored, to keep the myth alive.

Fallout 4 coming out on November 10, free mobile spin-off out now

Espescially because the game forces you to download and install them. Terrible what this game does to you, isn't it?

Fallout 4 coming out on November 10, free mobile spin-off out now

Yeah we learned this in Fallout 1 where this stray dog fights for us even if it was knowing us only a short time,

Fallout 4 announced with official trailer

Sorry to say but which are people who buy the atrocity that a Bethesda Fallout is in their view are too.

Fallout 4 announced with official trailer

Sadly its a lot more work for sure. Don't forget the differences between Geckscript and Papyrus. Big difference at mesh system for armors and bodies, new animation system, ... a ton of stuff has to be recreated. But yes there are people who will work on this monster of a mod (I am one who is...

Are shots to testicles really funny?

While I agree about the sterility (otherwise a very important plotpoint in Fallout 1 would fall apart) I have to ask which "bible"? I assume you don't mean the document that is called that way but explicitly states in it that it doesnt want to be understood as "lore bible".

Brian Fargo's inXile registers Van Buren, Meantime trademarks

inXile has the right now to use the word "Van Buren" for a game title (haven't looked at the trademark details yet but I assume its about that). No Fallout connection there in any way. Van Buren is maybe well known in the community but no there is no way to sue only because of the simple name...

Brian Fargo's inXile registers Van Buren, Meantime trademarks

Why should they sue inXile? Tell me a good reason. Van Buren is the codename of a never made noncanon Fallout project. If Bethesda has nothing to do with it there is no reason to sue inXile for taking the trademark. Scrolls, Yeah the timing of Mohjang was very off as they announced their game...

Brian Fargo's inXile registers Van Buren, Meantime trademarks

Astounding what you must think of Brian Fargo. He only takes the trademark to anger Bethesda (which actually doesnt care that much). Yeah the big devils that can be angered with trademark snatching.... :wiggle: Not that some forum members here could bring some light in the whole thing but...

    Bethesda trademarks Nuka Cola

I know I get a ton of hate here for this because I am not bashing Bethesda but I think it's important to explain why: Nuka Cola as a product is sold by http://e-shop.nuka-cola.eu/ I don't know if they have a agreement with Bethesda. But if it happens with their blessing the Trademark is still...

    Fallout 3: Van Buren (Spoilers!)

Just to clear things up a bit. Gstaff (the community manager at Bethesda) sent an answer after I asked about the problem: Which was what I thought in the begining. Also there is no need to fear that Bethesda would watch over a specific modding project. That would be simply not doable by the...

    Fallout 3: Van Buren (Spoilers!)

Great that it is clarified now. Bethesda was always friendly to mod developers and it would be a very strange turn if this would change with the classics.

    Fallout 3: Van Buren (Spoilers!)

Reading through the conversation for me it gave the impression about a overly carefull support staff who doesn't know anything about modding the classics and automatically assumed the worst case (commercial and reverse engineering). I am pretty sure that the policy for mod developers won't get...

    Fallout 3: Van Buren (Spoilers!)

Could you please post the whole conversation with Bethesda hexer (or pm it to me)? It's pretty hard for me to believe as a long term mod developer for FO3 and NV which also had direct conversations with their staff about mod making topics on several occasions. To my knowledge is Bethesdas...

WTF is wrong with Wasteland 2 price tag? [Warning: Rage and hate]

The culture under developers to let people pay high prices for Beta tests is wrong in my opinion. If it is an early release then say it and treat it like this. But if you want work from people then give something back and don't let them pay. Beta testers aren't and shouldn't be customers. The...

Fallout 1/2 leave Steam, Bethesda working to get them back on it fast

Thanks for clearing it up. I am no native english speaker but meant and tried to explain the same.
