    THESURVIVOR2299.com likely isn't a Fallout 4 teaser website

Hmn, I forgot FO3 actually used the dreaded Games for Windows Live. :( Wonder if Bethesda will bother to officially patch that, since GFWL is going out next year.

    THESURVIVOR2299.com likely isn't a Fallout 4 teaser website

I have a statistic about FONV! 8-) Since the game's launch, I've been occasionnally keeping an eye on its position on Steam Stats (http://store.steampowered.com/stats/) and each time I check it is always in a superior position to FO3. Right now, for example, it is the number 30 most player...

Bethesda files motion in limine against Interplay

As far as I know, that isn't entirely the case. Pete Hines still commands them all, and the different trademarks are just do separate games that Bethesda themselves make (e.g. the ones Todd Howard keeps making all sorts of questionable design decisions  ) and the ones Bethesda only...

    Unmasking the Gamers: Tim Cain

Perhaps he should consider staying at Obsidian instead of joining another studio that wouldn't hire him right away. ;) Indeed! We're doomed if if doesn't happen after this tease. 8-)

Fallout: New Vegas Old World Blues released on Steam

I prefer to judge by myself instead of reading others often wildly varying opinions. 8-)

Fallout: New Vegas developers quote round-up

For me it seems kinda obvious tha it probably means lack of enough time / money.

    Old World Blues Qore Footage

I'm loving all the wacky things OWB is said to be about! Fallout can have many sides, and being a huge fan of the FO2 and its humor, I did miss these things in FO3. Also in NV too (without Wild Wasteland on, but even with it on there was too few of wackiness :D ).

An open letter to Obsidian Entertainment

Obsidian perhaps is "stuck" in the 90s, because, you know, it was in the 90's when RPGs (I mean ROLE PLAY game) were made. Simple like that. Call me nostalgic, but I see very little room to PLAY A ROLE (of my choice) in "modern" RPGs. Mass Effect is more a squad-shooter, shoot-and-talk game...

Well, then just keep non playing it forever and be happy.

Fallout: New Vegas Honest Hearts Reviews

Because, you know, a review, of a film, book, game or whatever, is supposed to be more "objective" than "subjective" (Gamespot recently post an article called something like "Why is hard to review games right", mainly saying that it is because they don't get the title finished at all or recevied...

No gear-stripping in future New Vegas DLC

Nope, it is not. Not for me. No "challenge" in the sense of hard combat. Combat in general is my least favorite part of games. What make me care about a game is plot, dialogue, quests, setting, the presence creative ideas, the ability to make me think... not hard, frustrating battles. Not to...

Fallout: New Vegas Honest Hearts Trailer and Screenshots

That's because the gimmick of the generic setting of a big, well known city in ruins in FO3 is a lot more original idea... I do like the desert / tribal thingy from FO1/2 / NV. It is a lot mre fresh and less used in fiction than a huge city destroyed. Nice trailer. The 2nd music...

Fallout and Fallout 3 win in the Smithsonian videogames poll

Too bad Fallout 2 and New Vegas aren't on the list. They're my favorites by far, and on my fav games ever list. But is good to see the series mentioned at all. Though i can't find much reason for the generic and overly done "major city in ruins in a post apocalyptic world" of Fallout 3 to be...
