Let's Speculate Romance, Or atleast how it will be presented

When I heard they made all companions "romance-able" regardless of sex my first thought was, "What a copout". That is still my thought. So focused on letting the player do anything and everything, including others, that they just gave in and gave up. They wanted to avoid controversy and negative...

Let's Speculate Romance, Or atleast how it will be presented

So I take it no one can provide an example of a game that does romance well? I can't picture any video game providing the level of complexity needed to make it even remotely realistic. Thankfully it isn't a make or break issue for me to play a game.

Let's Speculate Romance, Or atleast how it will be presented

I think it was Fable 2 that had you stand in front of the NPC and tell jokes, dance, or some other such nonsense and the NPC had a meter that indicated if their affection toward you was growing. It was lame, however once you married, you could sleep with your spouse and have children. Its been a...

From E3 untill now, Can you honestly tell me what we know of Fallout 4 objectively?

I would suggest you avoid the internet for at least a month starting a few days before the game is released, and perhaps stock up on batteries and flashlights as it is likely to get quite a bit or praise. You might be okay if you confine yourself to NMA, as it will just be business as usual...

    Fallout 4 Locale

I would actually be interested in what Obsidian might do with a Chicago Fallout for their next game. It remains to be seen if BGS allows an outside party to make a followup or spin off. If Obsidian were given the green light for Chicago, I would hope that they get more than 18 months to make it.

From E3 untill now, Can you honestly tell me what we know of Fallout 4 objectively?

No, I will wait until I play the base game before deciding if I need to get the pass, but I likely will order it as chances are I will want whatever they decide to issue for the game. If I don't feel it was worth it, I will express my displeasure and move on.

From E3 untill now, Can you honestly tell me what we know of Fallout 4 objectively?

Where I live the internet flows like molasses in January. I bought the physical copy first, then got to thinking that it might take forever to download the game and start playing what with the way Xbox now does games, only part of it on the disc, the rest is downloaded. So I bought the digital...

From E3 untill now, Can you honestly tell me what we know of Fallout 4 objectively?

I know enough for me, and thats enough to warrant buying the game. Two copies in fact, one digital and one physical. I certainly wouldn't entertain the idea that I could tell someone else to buy it without seeing it, unless like me they have enjoyed Skyrim and Fallout 3. If they tell me they are...

My Thoughts On The Terrible State Of Gamer Entitlement In This Sub As Of Late

The "Angry guys that yells a lot" syndrome is everywhere. Just yesterday I was watching a news program and what should have been a discussion was just one person yelling over the other and repeating what they had just said without acknowledging the other person, let alone the other person's...

Everything in Fallout 4 looks too new

They could also plausibly tie Boston's survival to Mr House since he went to MIT, and therefore could have used the same technology to save Boston, or at least the Institute. They may be able to write in that he had plans for the place post-war, but those plans have not yet come to fruition.

My Thoughts On The Terrible State Of Gamer Entitlement In This Sub As Of Late

Poe's Law applies to nearly everything on the 'net, specifically forums, as I think most of us tend to read a post and infer our own attitude to the text. Or think it directed at them and get defensive. Hence why so often they degrade into "shouting matches" instead of reasoned debate. There...

My Thoughts On The Terrible State Of Gamer Entitlement In This Sub As Of Late

Perhaps the OP should have put his small print at the top in very large print. Several posts confirm what I have been telling people for years, a lot of people can read, but very few can actually comprehend.

    Live Action Fallout....

You're not alone, I liked it too. However, being an unabashed "casual gamer" and BGS fan, my opinion does not count here.

Breaking Down The Fallout 4 Character Creation System

Forums are not discussions, they're arguments, and every one feels they have to win.

    PERKS: THE POSTER REVEALED.

There are 70 "base" perks, one for each level of your respective level in the SPECIAL category. If you have 3 in Strength, you get access to the first 3 perks in Strength when you level up. Some perks have multiple levels, some only one level. Magazines apparently have their own perks associated...
