Whats gobi? How do you see the actual damage a weapon does? Not just looking at damage or damage per second? I used the sniper rifle alot on my first playtrhough, i think its kinda cool to sneak attack a supermutant from far away, but it shouldnt be as powerfull as it is at short range too.

Does agility affect running speed?

I might make a character who specialises in melee, armed or fist/fist thingies.. But would that character stand any chanse in a fight with a deathclaw, or would i haveto keep a sniper rifle in my pack for those? And does perception affect sniping fps style?

How do i get the BoS to ally up with NCR? I have done alot of BoS quests and have become a paladin, but have not yet seen the option to get the BoS to ally up with NCR, will this option appear later?

thanks, i raise the outdoor skill of a soldier to above 100, but still, having all those encounters are annoying.

Is there any way to reduce the frequency of encounters when travelling the world map? i get really really lots of them, wich isn't all that fun.
