I love Arcanum, but that wonderful "tightness" of Fallout 1 sure is nowhere to be found in Arcanum. It's a really messy game but it probably has the best roleplaying I know of in a cRPG. There's a fair amount of stuff they could've cut down a bit though.

I think the PR needs to be clearer on just who you can kill or not. I guess they are talking about quest characters and such but they really shouldn't say that you can kill everyone when you can't kill children for example. Be clearer or people will complain about it later on.
