    The NCR won't even come to visit me. I'm classified as a terrorist and vilified, and no hit squad. Which is a pity; walking in the Mojave gets kinda boring when nothing is trying to kill you.

    Can you even smoke cigarettes? I've never been able to myself, which is odd considering how often the NPCs seem to smoke.

    Yep. I would have liked to see them explore the lore behind the Outsider though. I do not recall them explaining the connection between him and the whales.

    It's funny you mentioned Dishonored; I got a strong Dishonored vibe from BSI as well. Except I enjoyed the game-play in Dishonored. The game-play in BSI was underwhelming.

    Try fighting melee specialists like cazas and praetorians. They will kill her. I actually lost her to a couple of praets. Punched her head straight off, and she was in full powered armor.
