How would you design a Pip-Boy for the next Fallout?

Like a mobile phone / tablet sort of thing?

House Always Wins II: Why doesn't Caesar check?

Or that. Can't believe I forgot about that :wall:

    Good , neutral, or Evil.

Heh. As much as I dislike the Enclave, that does sound pretty fun. Only problem is that I happen to like Dukov. He is one of the few people in the game who actually has some sort of interesting personality.

House Always Wins II: Why doesn't Caesar check?

Well, I have several theories. Most may be bs, but anyway. 1 - The courier is expendable. Better to send an outsider to the slaughter than one of your own. 2 - House trusts the courier, so the courier might be able to bypass the security measures with a tad more success. 3 - The...

    Plasma or Laser

Fire. It cleanses everything. Seriously, the Imperium of Man would be best buds with the enclave. They have nearly the same set of doctrines.

    Vault Ideas For Fallout 4

That's the intention :D Some call the vaults social experiments. I call them an exercise in devious and diabolical dickery. Oh, another one that would actually count as a social experiment. Vault 79 - No lights. The inhabitants have to adapt to the darkness to survive. Small chance of...

How would you design a Pip-Boy for the next Fallout?

Anything is better than that stupid gauntlet in the beth era games. How is that meant to be practical? It even stops the wearing of a rad suit!

    Vault Ideas For Fallout 4

Vault 74 - 25% of the members are criminally insane with homicidal tendencies. vault 90 - Only children (yeah, I'm not sure how to pull that off either. I guess that one could fail completely, leaving only little bones. Like how Little Lamplight should have turned into) Vault 31 - A...

    Mr House or Yes Man?

Fair enough. Not that much of a difference to me, but I see your point. I guess it really depends on how strict his laws are.

    Mr House or Yes Man?

Yeah, I'm playing legion, and its actually a lot of fun. The NCR gives a much better fight, for one thing.

    Mr House or Yes Man?

Well...there was all that stuff about impurity and mutation and what not.

    Mr House or Yes Man?

You seemed to have left out the fact that House turns New Vegas into a police state. From the wiki: "Mr. House continued to run New Vegas his way, a despotic vision of pre-War glory. The streets were orderly, efficient, cold." Of course, everything still depends on the Courier's karma...

Yeah, same. I don't like some arbitrary system deciding when I should save my progress either. I admit it doesn't detract from a game that much (unless its complete shit), but still. Fortunately, the Metro series have a fairly decent checkpoint system.

And the strippers. Dem tittehs. Seriously though, Last Light looks awesome. I loved Metro 2033, and I can't wait to play its sequel. Do they still have Checkpoints though? I didn't like that sort of save system in 2033.
