I'm on the final mission. I go up in the Hoover Dam tower, do something to a console (which causes some NCR heavy troops to fire on me), flip a switch turning a generator on, go outside, see the Enclave Vertibird fly over, and then all these guys I worked to recruit come out guns blazing...
