Got a question about world map. It seems that I explored all the map, but cannot find Maxson Bunker anywhere. Am I missing something big and hidden again. Spoken with many NPCs during my adventures, and don't have any clue where it should be located. Have anyone find it already?

[BUG REPORT] 1. Even after I met Chagas in Blackfoot (and convinced him to give me his Pip-Boy) I constantly meet him in random encounters all around the map. 2. There is Access Violation Error (and game crash) when some mysterious random encounter happens near Jericho.
