One could argue, that the record labels are the reason why we have so much shitty games today too... Once "they" saw how much money you can make with dumbed down shit, they exported it to other industries...

I'm not through the game yet, but this sums up as what I see as biggest flaws of DA:O. Otherwise I like the game and it has (at least at the start) a very BG-like feel to it. But the inventory management is driving me nuts.
