I'm loathing the idea of giving Herve any penny.

It will happen, Fargo will get his $1-2M, and the real challenge will be for InXile to deliver the game on time (which I'm fairly sure won't happen). I would hold my breath until early 2014. Very doable after 20 years of waiting.

I predict they will surpass the $1M once the blogs & gaming media gets ahold of this.

I sympathize with Masthead Studios, who are the real losers in this deal, but that said, I hope they convert their FOOL iteration into something playable (and profitable) on the long run. Such a waste of time and effort :?

I think bashing the limited model resources and their use in the world is nitpicking. Didn't Fallout 1/2 have similar repeated models thrown all over the place? Point is, we should focus on critiquing gameplay mechanics and canon/story elements rather than repeated use of models.
