Well there is the endgame quest if you're against the Legion. There is the surgery thing where it is solved if you kill/let Caeser die.

I'm willing to bet 90% of the NPCs in Far Harbour will probably be essential except the bad guys. It won't be like Point Lookout where you can choose someone to kill at the end, you'll probably be forced to kill that mecha-synth at the end and the DLC will abruptly end.

Point Lookout Redesigned looks great.

Since most of NMA has played mainly New Vegas, and since I don't know that much about Fallout 1.(Sadly haven't played it) I'd love to do post New Vegas.
