My mains runs are Intelligence/Speech runs, since that's basically all you need to win Fallout. 10 Intelligence and 100 Speech. Recently I've been doing a Sniper playthrough which involves heavy Perception(8/9/10) and a high Intelligence mixed with a high Agility. It's very fun in Vegas.

Huh. I thought normal non-Ferals were healed by rads. I was thinking it could be used as a support weapon to heal Feral Ghouls on your side of Hancock. Edit:Kinda like the Syringer. Can't you make some syringes that heal NPC's?

Does it effect only Feral's? And can't regular ghouls be healed by rads?
