There is a command line tool to set a core affinity to a running executable, can be thrown in batch script. used to have to do it with system shock 2 all the time. I'll see if i can locate that script example this weekend.

the 9500 is not bad... it is designed as a low end 9000 series card. even at $35, however, it is a great deal. I usually see them around $50 or so.

I'm curious, any reason why Afterfall continues to be news? I like wrote if off a couple years ago. Is it used as cannon fodder to chuckle at or shake our heads at? Is used to provide an example of "how not to make an indie post-apoc RPG" (not that we hadn't seen others before)?

While I think New Reno should not be in this game a definite reference should be made to it. At least that it existed at one time (and maybe not anymore). While New Reno doesn't "fit" it is certaionly part of canon of the Fallout universe, ignoring it (or simply having an easter egg) would be...

what is your budget for a card? usually you can get really great mid-range card easily within 100 USD.

Also, if all of your office email is going thru an exchange server, it is only a matter of time before someone finds out the mails aren't originating from exchange :) the scheduling ofemail is a neat idea though.

Can't you tell you NPCs to stand farther away from you when setting up their combat options? That's what I do.

Didn't screw up my games at all when I patched

Honestly, besides it being linear and more of a combat simulation, I'm not really upset with this DLC. I am thinking of it in Tactics sort of way (minus the tactical combat). Not jumping up and down, but not really disappointed either (yet).
