Developed by Retro Studios...

I'm sure Nintendo had a lot of say in the development, but it's an independent studio.
(I have to admit I bought a CameCube and Wii (and to a lesser extent, the N64) myself just for a handful of titles like...
Good news, I reckon. This is the best of a bad situation, at least.
p.s. I quite liked his Tactics soundtrack. Better than Fallout 3 which wasn't memorable in the slightest.
I thought they did have ladders? Not functional ones, they acted as hot spots for transitioning between areas, you couldn't climb them but you could "use" them. Not unlike how ladders acted in F1/2..
Unless I missed something.
I'm not saying the Fallout engine is better, but he has a point otherwise. But of course this is based on opinions, which are rarely a bad thing when it comes to gaming, right?
I think the main problem boils down to Fallout 3 being more accessible. Stalker is.. not, in any way.
I say problem, but it's not really. You can't blame above average games for being accessible.
STALKER on paper sounds like the perfect game for me, but the gameplay is just a swing and a miss. I've tried to get into it several times, but never do.
Fallout 3, however, was great fun. Not amazing, but good enough to support a couple of play throughs - which as a general rule for me...
I'm curious about the adornments on that Eyebot. Seems to be suggesting it's traveled a long way.
Then some jerk comes along and shoots it down for NO REASON.
EDIT: I'd love an Eyebot companion. Or some other metal pal who's fun to be with. The robot dogs in F2 where the only companions I...
Zero interest. I hope this is just a bonus and they're not somehow incorporating Vault 13 into the plot..
They should make an *actual* Vault 13 flask, though.
Looks amazing. Although, it seems there is a lot of work to do to make this into an actual game if walking and camera work is all that's presented as a tech demo.
Anyhoo, yes, I always tell the ladies "relief is just a swallow away", *unzips*.
Anyone check out Mark's music for Allods Online? In the process of ripping it now, but it's a slow process. And I had to come close to actually playing the game to get it.[1]
[1] I'm sure it's a great game. Really.
Not bad not bad. I liked the F3 edition, I use the lunchbox a lot, and have the bobblehead on display.
I'm not sure what practical use the chips will have, even for display. Will buy for the book.
