    Assassin's creed

Presumably a BS concept that real memory is passed on stored in DNA and can be recalled with science wizardry. A far less likely but marginally more credible variation would be to put someone in a simulation which unlocks inheritable skills.

    A Tale of Two Cities

Does he mean the forums now? Such high detail with little commentary gets pretty much as close to reality as is possible for a preview. Quality in Fallout games is holy and all, but I believe the casual fans who visit the news pages are the primary target audience.

    The Mutant Chronicles

Hehe. Looks like they are replacing Cybertronic with Sundiata. The new edition will probably be more fun than the film.

    Warm shapes

Haven't thought about it but would probably associate warm with curved shapes and cold with angular/sharp shapes. A random link to some organic things vs say, crystals? Cold is uncomfortable, so there are pointed edges?

A Kick To Bethesda Nuts: Roshambo Presents the FanAQ:

Both seem fine to my ignorant self.

    The Mutant Chronicles

Shame that Simon Hunter's previous work seems to have been rubbish anyway.

Brütal Legend - Motörhead meets Monkey Island

I am reminded of the Heavy Metal film. I don't usually care for this type of game, but I might give it a look if it turns out well.

    My project - "Shelter".

Interesting. Happy to see that you seem to be making considerable progress. Good work!

    Should I play these?

Did you play CTB rather than TB combat mode?

    Should I play these?

If you didn't like the FoT demos, you won't enjoy the full game. I actually thought one of the demos was more fun than most of the real missions.

Vault 12 comic - The Forum Thread

Don't encourage the noobs BN. I once had to spend quite a bit of time talking with someone who was upset after I had told them off for not sending me something via e-mail as instructed. I believe they thought they had sent it, or suffered from a technical problem, but I originally assumed...

    A Tale of Two Cities

Thanks for sharing. But there is a touch of BN's annoying habit of taking a condescending oppositional approach.

    The Mutant Chronicles

I'll keep an eye on this. Go John Malkovich and Ron Perlman, even if they don't get that much screen time. I expect crappy writing though. There will not be time for the introduction of Cybertronic, but I assume they will ignore much of the setting anyway.

    Math

What is your point jacksam? Reading alone is very useful for improving spelling, although having repeated errors pointed out by others can be helpful at times.

Introduce yourself! AKA the "Say hello" thread

Welcome newcomers! Most of my simple attempts at tactical modding died with my old computer, but I have thought it might be worth it to invest in learning more about computers and modding Fallout. However I believe that this would be a huge investment which I just can't afford. Hopefully...

Fallout's 10th anniversary: Desslock interviews Tim Cain

Thanks Desslock. Good interview high on information and low on spin. So many great features concisely, honestly and well described. I didn't know that critical failures worked like that, thinking it was a base chance.

Behemoth’s Skulls and Fallout 3 wallpaper

The Rasta behemoth frogman is pretty difficult to see in this picture. I wouldn't expect it to play an important part in the end-game, but then again, in light of other rubbish, one can't be sure. I'm reminded of how ugly the blocky power armour is. Do we know why there appears to be a handle...
