I agree with ArmorB. Sounds like he answered the question asked "How do you make this game approachable to people who haven't played the first two..." with "We make it approachable by ensuring you can understand this game without having any prior knowledge of the previous games"

i think i saw somewhere that "child at heart" is just extra dialogue with children like "lady killer/black widow" is for women/men * i am curious about scoundrel though...

you know, this video made me realize a tiny part of me is looking forward to this game. Who isn't waiting to dump a ton of skill points into small guns, get 95% to hit on every limb, and then que up .44 magnum w/ speed loader shots on some raiders arms and legs, totally cripple but not kill him...

I agree with you, i think everybody wants more people to share their PoV, which is why i can understand Beth fans wanting me to love fallout 3 (or at least not hate it). Which leads me right back to not caring what they think! I think that made sense....

They think they are supporting good game development, which is why this argument against bethesda and oblivion fans will never accomplish anything. If someone told you fallout was a "poor" game you would probably tell them to shut the hell up and to go play halo. They think we are the ones not...

I have trouble understanding this mentality... Why are you concerned with what the Beth fans think about anything?
