    Yes, it seems to allow VATS targeting of those foul mouthed insubordinates! They also get death animations, and such, but that was known as they are universal.

    Mods can greatly enhance the fun i think. so far with only ruleset mods i've been able to actually be scared of enemies, VATS are interesting(as you can die in VATS and enemies get to shoot more) and im not yet godlike after 1 day playing. Good fun, get sagersmod.

    I'd much rather see possibilities to ruin the main quest in favor of giving better immersion into a radiation ridden word, then be informed of that, so that you can reload if needed. Or add a quest that allows healing of the ghoulism.

    indeed, the idea has to be good. I'd be most interested in a mod that "improves" the fallout 3 experience, mainly through updating dialog trees, removing or replacing the mainquest, and adding quests, assets, weapons and such. I'd LOVE to work on a fallout 3 restoration project.
