in SF when you challenge on of the dojo's in the ring its still broken because my NPC's can still engage in battle... which might be nice bug if you dont want or cant fight but its annoying if they miss and hit one of the villagers which turns this fight into a forced slaughter the town...

their reason is obvious, pirates. its will not help them as for SC2 i give a week for servers emulators to show up but still this way they dont have to support or care about anyone or anything that is not connected directly to their battle net.

from what i recall you shouldnt need DX9, DX11 or any DX should support legacy software. the problem is with crappy programming that reference DX9 libraries directly instead of using the provided interfaces, which in turn might be because crappy interfaces in DX9 or something :scratch:
