    The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Yes, it's interesting the stuff that Bethesda gets away with. But can they hype a game more than Oblivion?

Console ports or how to annoy PC gamers

Son's of Liberty is the game without the extra content and it was ps2 only. Substance had the VR missions and was ported to xbox and pc.

New Age of Decadence gameplay video

Hypnotists and tricksters instead of mages, magic science instead of straight magic. Combat demo music gets old fast, just turn it off.

    US slams 'criminals' behind WikiLeaks

There's more to journalism than exposure and therein is my criticism. Personal opinion is almost unavoidable, but I think mainstream media deliberately uses it. I don't think the media likes Wikileaks, because it produces the "truth" for them. If only there were more serious journalists.

    US slams 'criminals' behind WikiLeaks

Firstly, why should Assange's indiscretions be interesting? He's a douchebag/arsehole who managed to piss off two unrelated women in a short time span to the point where they pressed (poorly backed) charges. It's a good thing he's not a proper journalist so I don't hear his opinion in a leak...

    Dead Money trailer out

The Fallout music at the start (Gecko theme) is a nice touch.

    Have you seen this man?

I have a relative in the party. Apparently the first thing they talk about is personal needs; friends or family needing employment and stuff like that. It sounds more like a criminal network than a government.

    US slams 'criminals' behind WikiLeaks

But there does not seem to be a strict difference between Wikileaks and a news organisation. I don't see how you can seperate them legally. I wouldn't call them good journalists or freedom fighters, but they're not criminals/enemy combatants. Edit: post before garlic

    Czech gay asylum 'phallometric test'

Are you talking about a movement here or a remnant of an older system? The current nationalism in Europe probably uses "liberalism" to support itself; a reason why its culture is superior, they say.

    US slams 'criminals' behind WikiLeaks

No trust required, as long as they release (confirmed) authentic documents.

    US slams 'criminals' behind WikiLeaks

Wikileaks does not control the flow of information and probably never will (mainly due to lack of revenue), so any hoax would not survive long.

    US slams 'criminals' behind WikiLeaks

You guys are missing the point, it's not a matter of what happened. The media informs us of that well enough, but it's the context which is largely fabricated. Take the example of Viet Cong prisoner being shot; no one knew the context and that was what the photographer was pointing out; the...

    US slams 'criminals' behind WikiLeaks

They've provided change already by publishing this material; that's the point; that we don't really know what happens in international politics and war. The average joe either has his senses deadened from constant rhetoric or finds some marginal view on an internet blog that is often ridiculous.

    US slams 'criminals' behind WikiLeaks

No really shocking material, but an interesting read. Particulary to read the background of government policy without the rhetoric.

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

I'd say provoking attack would make the South Korean government "bad guys" as well, if it were true; considering their possible motives. But the insistence that North Korea would win a war remains ridiculous. At best you can say that we don't know N. Korea's capabillites, it doesn't follow from...

Just Wondering.... (Relates to Jagged Alliance 2)

If you look at the actual thread, this whole thing looks pretty suspicious. It pretty much goes like this: Dev: so what's your opinion on JA2's turn-based combat system Community: its almost perfect Dev: well we're getting rid of it Trolling? Seem like easy publicity.
