Since there is no new question, I'll post one: How many dogtags you can collect from dead raiders in Raiders Base in Fallout 2?

I think those still get degraded. Perhaps in slower rate, but they do.

Don't have any problems either. Tested it out just few moments ago on XBox.

As far as I recall, the guy is the same. At least their names were identical or nearly identical, didn't pay any attention to the name before the kidnap... Made me wonder it too... :D
