That's not what I was talking about. Absolute majority of post-nuclear apocalypse games comes from Europe these days, most of them from Germany and Eastern Europe.

If you can attach a script on armor that runs when it's on and off, that's easy. But I don't recall there being script support for armors.

This is very weird. Try disabling every start-up item and see if it does anything (use msconfig.exe).

That requires revising the entire approach to news reporting. People tend to see news as a simple fact reporting, so I doubt they'll watch ten news programs to get "the full picture" - it may be seen as "redundant".
