    Fallout Bike

I like the vault-tec sign. After all, if things didn't have a big-ass sign saying what they are supposed to be, no-one would ever get anything done. "What's this? Is this a cup? Is this a toilet? Ah, bullocks!"

    Postworld Update

They are making advertising using a trademark that's not their and they plan on earning money thanks to that advertising? Yep, Bethesda will crack down on them and they will be right... And if they don't, lucky Postworld, because Bethesda has every right to demand royalties as soon as they...

    Postworld Update

Not commercial games, no. But this one surely isn't commercial... Bethesda would be on their ass like yesterday if it were.

Fallout one of the best game franchise revivals

That is very true. It's also true that the vast majority of Fallout fans don't like Fallout. OR Fallout 2.

Fallout 3 is the second-greatest PC game of all time

    It's ancient! It's totally understandable.

Fallout 3 is the second-greatest PC game of all time

In the midst of all the "ahah, I know better than you" that was going on in my head as I glanced over the list, and yeah, amidst all the LOL, I have to agree that KotOR, StarCraft, Half Life and Deus Ex are fine games, and may even be worthy of a top 20 place. All the others are just testimony...

AN takes down Vault Archives, might be back later

ROFL  That's a funny one. There's absolutely no design decisions in Fallout 3. The closest you'll find is the result of votes in a committee.

    For sure for sure!

Fallout Remastered OST available for free

It shouldn't be too hard to loop the tracks ourselves with audacity or something.

Fallout Remastered OST available for free

I went and emailed Mark from his personal site. I feel talking with famous people through public forums isn't really a good thing to do. So I went and thanked him in a less impersonal way. You guys should do the same, I reckon. :EDIT: And he replied (woohoo!!!). I'm not going to post the...

Fallout Remastered OST available for free

Bethesda is effectively robbing the costumer by taking this content down. Well, they're robbing us as much as a pirate robs them when they pirate their games, at least.

Fallout Remastered OST available for free

Rude... :seriouslyno: Again with this falacy... Piracy doesn't take money away from them. It doesn't increase costs... If they would put the OST on sale, say, at their website, how would it be any problem for them? As long as its price would cover the IT-workforce and the bandwidth, they'd...

Isn't his contract with Interplay and not with Bethesda? If you compare the old with the new, the difference is quite obvious.

Fallout Remastered OST available for free

It's 320kbps mp3 format (don't know what codec, though it says encoded by iTunes 9.shit.something). Awesome stuff, although I would have preferred vorbis for quality. Not that there's much difference at this bitrate.

    Game Informer goes to 11

Oh that's easy: Vegas wasn't bombed because otherwise Obsidian wouldn't be able to do a game for the kids who don't like Fallout, that's why.

A few more Fallout: New Vegas previews

Indeed. If you quicksave before you arrive at one of those areas, you can quickload to get a different encounter (or no encounter at all).

A few more Fallout: New Vegas previews

Fast Travel was miserably done in Fallout 3. Any person with half a brain can see that they should have implemented a map and travel trail as in Fallout. It wouldn't have been THAT hard to do either... But NOOO! They has to earns their moneys by doing as little as possible and showing as...

MTV Multiplayer on the Vegas of New Vegas

I think that is very obvious throughout the game. The robots shout out random jokes during combat, for one. That never shows much maturity.

MTV Multiplayer on the Vegas of New Vegas

Amen to that. But you kind of understand something like that coming from one who thinks Black Isled developed both games.
