I'd charge 20/hour. Took me about 6 hours to make functional(but not 100% historical[and not combat pracitcal]) lorica. Just eyeballing, a suit of power armor might be 10-12 hours. That's highballing it.

Not too bad. Y'know, I could make you a set of power armor out of metal, if you wanted. 26 gauge would be around 15lbs for the whole suit, and relatively inexpensive. I've made lyrics segmentata with it because I was bored.
