Ive never used a pallet. I think they are used with animations for the burning barrel and the hymag. Cant help you there, if thats the case

It doesnt matter what directory its at when you type it because your typing an absolute path. I recomend placing it in a folder directly on the c drive called FRM and then going to the command prompt and typing: c:/frm/frm2gif frmname.frm frmname.bmp But using a batch file is much easier.
