The Fallout 1 is helluva lot better than Fallout 2 when it comes to the plot and such. But the Fallout 1 game engine is awful compared to Fallout 2 game engine.

Well, complete the quests and read the holotapes and the dialogues you get very carefully. NCR just wants the Vault City to join them. But Vault City doesn't want to join the NCR. So the NCR MAKES them.

The normal BB gun is not very good. But the LE BB gun is superb! But I'm not actually sure if there is one in FO but there most certainly is one in FO2.
