Fallout 3 gets 5/5 from Blender

On that note, Something Awful gave it an A++. Pretty funny set of of this type of review actually. http://www.somethingawful.com/d/video-game-article/men-magazine-review.php

Fallout 3 at PAX: GayGamer and That VideoGame Blog

Out of curiosity, where did you get this from. The last I read was what Ausir said.

The top 50 video game moments

Okay, while the Haunted House wasn't too freaky, the DMP level made me jump a lot. That was messed up (and the beginning of the sewer level and that mini boss). I really am surprised that none of Bloodlines made that list. This is probably one of the better games I've played in a while.

The top 50 video game moments

I think in the end you only end up getting the item so the ghost can be removed from the building. Otherwise, it seemed to just be a creepy look at what happened deal. BTW, I loved the ghostly flames and the dropping elevator took me by surprise especially since I wasn't really getting hurt...

The top 50 video game moments

I played Fallout a while ago (and only once or twice at that) but I cannot remember ever going to the glow. I think I got radiated and just figured screw this. I guess I'll have to replay it sometime soon. Right now though I'm playing Bloodlines (first time) and just finished the Haunted...

Fallout 3 at PAX: TeamXbox and Aeropause

She probably doesn't. I bet that rads over 600 will kill you so it's a non-issue. That said, I dislike that she automatically fixes you right up from high levels of radiation. Then again, I've hated BS's approach to radiation as it is.

Fallout 3 at LGC: Game Informer

Actually these kind of pop ups do ruin my enjoyment of a game. And by enjoyment I mean the game does become less fun. In all seriousness while in a game full of great game play elements this kind of crap could be "ignored*", in a game that already has numerous flaws this sticks out more...

Explosions of screenshots straight to your eyes!

It would be absolutely hilarious if this game gets dinged (like 7/10 on graphics) for the graphics not being up to snuff. I have a feeling I know how the scores from the major media will go (and same with the review itself) but after the "debacle" with Assassin's Creed I hold out hope that the...

Mod Support for Fallout 3 Won't be Available at Launch

Well, since I'm pretty sure the game is going to be trash, I guess I can move on to #2 then  I'm pretty sure the reason they gave in that instance was that by releasing the cs on the net, they could provide update if necessary (which they in fact did provide one update). So in that...

Mod Support for Fallout 3 Won't be Available at Launch

This doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Oblivion's cs was the same tools the devs used with some features striped out. I don't see this game being that much different that the tools should be such a pain to release. Then again, I have a feeling this is just to string people along so that...

Age of Decadence Goodness is Back

Thanks for the reply VDweller and the link Brother None. I'll definitely be giving this game a shot and hopefully others will as well.

Age of Decadence Goodness is Back

Out of curiosity since VDweller is answering question, will there be a demo? I ask this since I refuse to buy games now a days without a demo since I have no clue if the game will run decently (or at all) on my PC. On a side note, will the game be available in stores, by download only or...

    GameTrailers interviews Pete Hines

It sounds good, but they must have changed the system that Oblivion used because that one required a pretty strict chain of events for each quest. Hopefully it's not like Morrowind where you'd end up skipping steps and get dialog where the PC seemingly knows more than the player. That ended up...

Fallout 3 playable to the public at PAX

I'm confused. Is this an actual demo or are they just limiting the time people get to play the game?

    Fallout 3 LGC: MTV Multiplayer

Well, on the positive, at least there are some consequences for shooting a friendly. Then again, holstering immediately after calming people down sound bad. For some reason I keep thinking of H.E.L.P.E.R. from Venture Brothers reading about that scene.

    Fallout 3 at LGC: UGO

That quest sounds interesting. I'm not sure how well it'll work for most people (i.e. will it be so frustrating that people will just avoid it) but it's one of the few creative things I seen so far.

    Fallout 3 at LGC: IGN

He could be confusing it with Pigtown which is an area in Baltimore. Then again, isn't Baltimore outside the scope of the game?

    Fallout 3 at LGC: IGN

I've lived in Baltimore all my life (26 years) and I've never heard of Big Town (Pig Town yes, Big Town no).

Fallout 3 official release date: Oct 28

So in other words, distract the buying public with shiny things so they don't realize until afterwards they bought a fairly average game (if it even runs on their system). Sounds about right to me.

Prima Official Game Guide: Collector's Edition

Working Designs (a company long since out of business) used to put together excellent guides for their games. Tons of interviews, extras, things left out, stickers and the guide itself was written in a humorous way. Theirs are pretty much the only guide I've ever gotten
