Stuff like this should be in the game, not in some Collectors Edition guide. At least in holodisks, or books or something. It's cheap maybe, but it's far better than the near total lack of exposition for some of the factions. The NCR history holodisk was pretty interesting.

Sneak and the Sniper Rifle pretty much broke the game for me. With a suppressor, you can kill people at will, hidden and nobody else notices the dead body.

I'm still useless at it, nomatter how much time i spend it's just too much effort to make them look normal and then GECK crashes. :(

I disliked being unable to get somebody to reprogramme Yes Man or reprogramme him myself. First thing i thought as a high science character was "Well, i better fix it so you only obey me". Unfortunately, you can't do that and if you go independant, Yes Man seems to hint he's found out how to act...

They were never bothered about losing population, they were driven to extremes by the societal trauma of picking somebody to die every year.

I'm pretty much a noob at GECK itself, but i'm learning my way around it pretty quickly and i have experience with the NWN toolset. I do a lot of amateur writing, short stories, attempts at novellas, so i like to think i'm more capable than Bethesda(not hard) at writing dialogue and designing...

I'm once again reminded why i dislike how enclosed open sandboxes are. There's not even much coal in Nevada, so you can't really change it so it's closer unless you ignored reality.

They come across as too evil. Slaves are useful sure, but the Legion seems to make a point of you're either in the Legion, or a slave which seems a fairly overzealous interpretation of Rome. Their basically underdeveloped in the game as well. Far fewer sidequests and less development...

A lack of reactivity concerned me. I killed all the commanders in Forlon Hope and nobody in Forlon Hope seemed to care, Caesar's Legion still have yet to move in. At least with the opposite side of the quest, the soldiers seem to wander around Nelson. Reactivity seems confined to what people...

I,ve been replaying the game with guns and it's far easier. Energy guns are both not that strong and far too prevalent. Here's a bad picture of me after i visited the Khans and got lazy.

Burnam Springs is a possibility in my mind as well. Though i'm hoping they might get away with something neater, like a ton of quest addons to the existing game or something. Though i presume they'd go with a locational DLC to sell it. Quest/Dungeon areas of the Pitt/Pointlookout sort seem likely.
