I will check once I'm home. Apparently by giving myself access to all my folders, windows 7 decided to not let me access my C drive and now I can't even log in to my machine.... *sigh*

It was in the fallout folder. Just sitting there. Obviously something is messed up or else running wouldn't be crawling.

It was just there, I did an extensive search for it, gave myself all the permissions to ever single folder on windows, and still no ddraw.ini... Any other thoughts?

No, I don't think so, GOG includes the 1.2 TEAMX version as default though. I unhid all the hide file extensions for all folders, no ddraw.ini. I can see the f1_res.ini though...
