the biggest issues with FO3's economy-- 1. The shopkeepers upgraded their inventory way too much. Moira should have had basic stuff only. The good stuff should have been reserved to BoS and Rivet city. Also, when you sell something it shouldn't sit in their inventory forever.

Liking what I am seeing. Read somewhere this morning that one reviewer is talking about not being able to find many stims or any decent armor and on the playthroughs I have watched some of, nobody is walking around in Power armor yet.

Just a note, it seems like he hasn't transcribed all the story, but there is still some good info on other things in the game. it isn't finished yet though.

They practically swore the dlc would never come out on ps3. So it will be limited exclusivity like last time. 6 months or so I reckon

this could definitely give importance to intelligence, but someone on another board posted something about needing an intelligence of 9 to get implants. hasn't explained himself yet, but if someone on here has the guide and could answer this that would be interesting.

ok nvm he is playing hardcore. But apparently fixer removes an addiction and addictions can show up in how you walk and such.

think I just saw a wounded animation. guy was playing and walking and hobbling around funny.. used something called a fixer and started walking normal. Don't think he is on Hardcore mode, so I am assuming he was wounded.

That's an interesting comment regarding hardcore mode. I am guessing it also has to do with being in early/ beginning areas. Avellone talked about how hard it can be to find supplies in parts of the map.
