There's a perk to increase radiation weapon damage, but I didn't see perks to increase energy weapon damage. Did I miss it?

I miss my holorifle. It's the only energy weapon I have ever used. Gauss rifle has poor RoF. Plasma can't hit far. Laser is bad with some armors.

That's the issue. I guess they get rid of the real firearms in order to make people use those custom weapons. It could be like Dead Space 3, and most combinations are junk.
