Game Informer Fallout 3 article scans

Those magazines are 50's sci-fi, but they have nothing to do with Fallout. Its called community management.

Harsh and bitter words. All they had to do was copy the artistic style in Fallout. They had proffessional artists, they had the game and everything else that went with it. Why is that so difficult?

Yeah but you forget that DC will have a lot of dungeons underneath it.

Fallout 3 level scaling, location, turn-based?

I think it might work this way: Real time is just standard full body shots (no critical hits). Pause/AP mode is an optional body part targeting system that gives you a chance of scoring critical hits. If they've done it that way I don't see how anyone would enjoy a link game, because...

Classic! He got the voice and beard right. I think they're running out of ideas. It happens to just about every show eventually.

    Mutant Chronicles

He has done a lot of good stuff. The vast majority of actors haven't even done that. :) I agree with you about JE though. It slipped my mind. What was he thinking? But Con Air? Come on! Sure it was a mindless action movie, but it was a good mindless action movie.

    Mutant Chronicles

Looking at the pictures above I was expecting a Doom type movie, but then I saw John Malkovich on the website and he's not the type of actor that sells out, so now I think this could be special. Hopefully NMA will keep a close eye on this one.

    Steampunk

I wasn't saying it wasn't worth posting, I just wanted to mention that Fallout has a strong 1930's influence, which many people don't fully appreciate. For me a Fallout without the 1930's styles isn't Fallout.

    Steampunk

Very cool. :) I think they are more 1930s rather than 1950s though. I bought some of Alex Raymond's 1935 Flash Gordon comic strips, as research for my next game and the weapons have a similar style. Also the owner of the site admits to being a Flash Gordon admirer on this page...

    What would you choose?

I could win the lottery every week with a time machine, so thats what I'd get. Also when your GF is in one of those moods, you could hit the fast forward or rewind button and skip *it*. :D

Materials in new Fallout 3 concept art

Yes there's something odd about those areas. :) The other thing I've noticed is the absence of art deco and streamline modern buildings.

Micro Wind Turbines Better Than Solar Cells?

http://www.motorwavegroup.com/new/motorwind/product.html I first saw it on a TV show where they looked at different forms of energy generation for the future and it impressed me most of all, because it was simple, small and dirt cheap. Does anyone know anything about it? Do you think it...

draeke: I was thinking the same thing about the big guy using superior finances and the law to squash the little guy. But then I thought, lets give them the benefit of the doubt and see what the contracts say. Hopefully we'll get to see them soon!
