It would be impossible or nearly impossible to port fallout to the game boy advance. Even the android port run's very slow and the android is much more powerful then the game boy advance. the closest handheld device that could run Fallout 1 and 2 perfectly with no problems would be the Psp Vita...

Great work I think Lenny's head looks pretty good but maybe you could make him look more charred or burnt looking like his sprite does in Fallout 2. The half vault suit is a nice detail seeing as he was from a Vault.

Adding the ability to punch or kick would definitely improve the melee skill in Fallout 1 since the option wasn't available in the original and wouldn't break any gameplay elements either.
