    Hi there! This might help. Open D3Dwindower... Click on "+", find Fallout 2.exe, add it to the program list. Then minimize D3D.exe. On task bar (bottom right corner) you'll see small icons, find D3d.exe, right click, select Fallout 2.exe from the list and there you go. It worked for me. :)

    Try to use some Fallout2 patching tools to set the display of your game to 800x600, 1024x768... Or you can try to run it in windowed mode which also requires a patch. I hope you'll find some of these useful :)
