To Wooz69: No, I believe it is the 'Blitzkrieg' engine, by Nival Interactive. I you look at their (the people making Desert Law) site, one of their other projects is 'Stalingrad', also based on the 'Blietzkrieg' engine. But this is only my theory, and I might be completely wrong as I do not know...
