Interplay and Bethesda both score a point

Hopefully a good deal of them did... I just dusted off my already installed copy for FOnline. Then commenced getting my ass beaten on an hourly basis.

Zenimax applies for trademarks, likely for F:NV DLC

This is true. Shit, I'd much rather have one fully developed, old-skool expansion pack instead of being milked dollar by dollar for DLC. But how else can you be raped for more than the price of the game itself if the extra content isn't metered out at 5 to 10 bucks a pop?

Fallout: New Vegas Dead Money reviews round-up

Because the gods of gaming hate you!!! As a PC gamer, glitches are to be expected, but I, for some reason, rarely experience any. For Obsidian, with Alpha Protocol I didn't see any outside of a weird camera glitch that was fixed in the .ini file and with New Vegas it was just the Veronica not...

Dead Money out, screenshots on Marketplace

Skepticism is good. And hatred can be okay too. I mean, I hate (HATE) Bethesda Softworks, I think they are talentless hacks. Besides Morrowind. And there's nothing wrong using a track-records as a gage of quality. Fallout has not had good DLC... ever. Assuming this DLC may suck isn't...

    Dead Money trailer out

Thanks, but I'm well aware what DLC is and how is supposedly works. What is it with people lately explaining what we already know? Anyways... My issue with DLC is that it milks the customers. Back in the day, we had this thing called Expansions which cost a bit less than the main game and...

    Dead Money trailer out

The trailer was kind of cool, but doesn't make me want to play it. I still loathe the pay-scheme of DLC and Bethsoft will not be getting any $$ out my pocket. And XBox over PC? Really? Sigh... this is why I like Valve better. Plus they never charge us for updates on PC, though are forced...

    Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim announced

uh, i completely understand how that process works, thanks. i have friends who do this for a living professional, and friends who do indie games, including myself. and if you've done linux gaming, a lot of those free indie games are crap. but what the hell, right? my issues with...

    Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim announced

Mmm, I have been gaming for over 20 years and there are some things I haven't seen twice. Mainly indie games. You know, those guys who seem to outshine the "professionals" but with less money. Hey, you compile the data and I'll build the site! Haha. IMM3RS1ON!!! Haha, very funny demo gag...

    Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim announced

Haha, yes. It is amazing they are still using that shitty engine after all these years, it's sad actually. You'd think with all the money they waste on Todd Howard and marketing they would be able to hire someone competent enough to build them a better engine, or at least lease a better one...

    Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim announced

Is this after he chugs 9000 penises? Honestly I couldn't give a shit about TES 5 after the frankly forgettable Oblivion and tepid "Fallout" 3. It's kind of weird that this news was even posted here... this -is- a Fallout site, yes? EDIT: Ah, I see, Brother None... I guess that is related...

Fallout: New Vegas DLC announced - Dead Money

Truth! Does it matter? Fable is bullshit and Mass Effect... well, uh. No, it's on PC, sadly. Now, now, Lexx, you should know better than to believe anything Bethsoft says. Either way, don't buy this crap, just go get mods. Unless you're a console player, then you're fucking doomed...

NMA Fallout: New Vegas Impression Piece

excellent review and many great points made. probably the only review i have read or will read, other than the final one you guys put out. one gripe i had was the lack of stuff one can do in Caesar's Legion. i feel like they could have added more questions or crazy things you could do for...

Fallout: New Vegas Launch Day Reviews

Some people are just horribly unlucky? I never really have any glitches or problems with my computer games, including KOTOR 2 and AP. I've had one or two that just refuse to start up, but that's about it. Oh, and having some older games work on newer systems. But I am always amused and...

Fallout: New Vegas Launch Day Reviews #2

i'm glad they are not blaming obsidian for gamebryo's short-comings. though bethsoft (can't you tell i really hate those guys?) should have been using something new or made some improvements to their engine. shit, valve still uses source but manages to make improvements on it in good time.

Fallout: New Vegas hack & slash gameplay video

Speaking of which, I do miss the option of child killing.. up the ante on insanity with everyone trying to kick your ass, plus the cool title graphic. I know you can kind of fix that in "fallout" 3 with mods, but it is just not the same. hmm, would that be hard to implement? modders?

Fallout: New Vegas released in North America

yeah, i too am staring at the pre-load button. i, however, did buy it through steam because gamestop weren't taking any more collector's edition preorders. and while it's nice to have the disc to reinstall and such, looks like it's fucking pointless this time unless you have the interwebs and...

Fallout: New Vegas developer diary: It's a Small Wasteland

Yeah, that's a tricky one... what would have happened if they stayed? Who would Van Buren have changed? Would it have been released? I like to think Bethsoft never would have gotten their greasy hands on Fallout and ruin it.

New Vegas Nexus launched & New Vegas opinions

I do agree, all that makes good sense. Will it be implemented like that, no way in hell. Not to hard to control in table-top RPG's. Which leads into a comment I had about the "stuff to do" in "Fallout" 3.. there were didn't really seem to be a whole hell of a lot. I guess collecting...

    New Vegas DLC first info

Indeed. Ah the public, thanks for keeping bad trends alive! While downloading (so-called piracy) is a mixed bag for some, I do heavily condone it for DLC which should be free anyways. I do second that, but at least it keeps the rest of the gaming community from wasting money on that crap.
