Fallout 3 has made me realise that the reason i enjoyed Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 (And Jagged alliance 2, silent storm & other similar games) was infact the combat. I like TB. The story and atmosphere in Fallouts were just a huge plus to me, but the combat system is where its at for me. So...

Seems unreal that DAOC and WAR(hammer) use the same engine as oblivion... They look nothing alike. Also Sid meyers pirates? What exactly do you get with the gamebryo package? Most of the games differ alot...

More effort better results? Evidently people weren't all too happy with it in oblivion so they where hoping that it would had gone through some redesign and work better in Fallout 3. With the amount of money spent on other less important aspects i think they should have spent more on this.

Still, the HL2 engine is technical art... The netcode aswell is still top notch. On that note, been playing some warhammer online recently - the network side seems to work great with minimal to none noticeable lag when you have 60 versus 60 people duking it out in a public non-instanced area...

Well if the games sell well... maybe we can see a "The sims - Vault 13" come out at some point... you know, from maxis and junk :o With 13 expansions that all add 2-3 pieces of furniture on average and gradually implement functions that should have been there in the first place.

That screen looks ok... But is it not possible to load say a jpeg on a xbox and show it full screen? surely that console is able to function as a photoviewer? So say he downloaded the screenshot and put it fullscreen and took a camshot of the whole thing. Last console i owned was a sega...
