Wow what a Dick of a statement from Lewis Denby of HonestGamers. The only rose-tinted specs I wear have to do with the A-Team, and a few Knight Rider episodes... maybe. Damn that was funny, I actually laughed out loud! Glad I wasn't consuming anything.

After reading Vince D. Weller's "My Fallout 3 adventures!" I actually have a mild spark of interest in this game. Which started me thinking about what kind of MOD could possibly get me to buy this game. I honestly think I'd be more influenced by a MOD that removed or reworked all the Fallout...

I honestly don't think I'll go to game reviewers to help me decide on something ever again. From now on if it doesn't have a demo, I will ignore it. :cry:

Do the NPC's lack facial expressions? Just looks like their voices change in mood, but they continue to show fairly blank expressions. I need to see more videos of conversations.

Like I said, my problem with the save system is mainly when the game crashes. Though it's also a pain when I want to quit the game, but I have to wait till I find a save point. Actually you can use the mouse in the inventory, but it's much easier to use the keyboard imho. I play at 1920x1200...

I agree with Nuka-Cola Dude on the controls. I'd really like to use the arrow keys for something else, but it's only a minor annoyance (I don't like WSAD). With the Nvidia control panel I can force a reliable Vsync (to prevent tearing) that doesn't cause the mouse lag that comes with trying to...

I'm really enjoying this game on the PC. The combat style and unique interface/HUD are really well done. That being said... CONS: Isaac never says anything. (one of the things I liked most about Prey was Tommy's comments on certain situations.) Locked controls that cannot be changed...

I hate the politics of the Game Developer World. You can never seem to know how they truly feel... unless they have a breakdown and start ranting. General statements like these though do tend to give me that Warren Spector "Deus Ex 2: IW" vibe. Proving how someone so awesome can do something...

While I am willing to admit that this game might be... entertaining on it's own, there is no freaking way I will ever spend any money on it. The simple fact is this game is called "Fallout 3", which indicates a direct sequel to "Fallout 1" & "Fallout 2". Seeing as it is clearly NOT a sequel...

Yeah fuck you role-play device, you got pwned. Were I to buy this game, which I don't think I could live with myself if I did... I'd actually prefer a version toned down on the ridiculous amount of violence Fallacy-out 3 has to offer. I would get bored really fast blowing some random npc's...

Well, I'm not going to be one of those tools that just buys something on name alone. A demo could have woo'ed me, but that's out. So I guess only several good reviews from non brownnosing sites have a chance now. Though even if that came to be, I'd probably just assume the invasion of the body...

I have a feeling the blending of FPS and RPG in Fakeout3 is going to be highly annoying. What is the point of FPS'ing if your aim isn't totally dependant on your own skill as the player. If I aim the damn gun perfectly, I shouldn't have to deal with magical deviation based on a characters...

As I read the answer to this question my left eye tensed up unintentionally. I've never been happy with what they are doing to Fallout, but I now seem to have a blind hatred for everything related to Bethesda after reading this one... I don't even know how to insult this answer without going...

Well that's craptastic. I was all Jazzed up about buying this game after finally playing the demo. Now I have to take a wait and see stance. I Hate (strong word, but accurate) crazily restrictive DRM, and apparently it also installs a RootKit? Also, what is this talk about spyware? Well...
