Eh? the only assault rifle F1 & F2 share in common is the AK-112 a.k.a. "Assault Rifle" which was described as "An old military model, out of use around the time of the war." Hell, I can't think of any Chinese weapons specifically in either game.

Is this how Junktown was destroyed? Did Raiders finally turn the town to ash by randomly shooting at the walls? The exploding cars crap along with the nuclear catapult and toilet water really make this game sound stupendously stupid. Oh and the exploding heads, which will undoubtedly happen...

I think the overall plot is gonna be some "Planet of the Apes" stuff. That's a Gorilla trooper in that armor.

I really liked the first part. The guy in armor just looked odd, like he was wearing a Metal Gorilla suit. Please tell me I'm not the only one who saw the Gorilla in that.

About source codes and Miles sound system...IIRC Homeworld also used the Miles sound system, but still had it's source code released sans the Miles code. Well it's obviously not something Interplay would do for us anyway, but just thought I'd mention.

I wonder if they'll Hex edit the Mutant spr's to fix their sequences, assuming ther are using the standard Tactics ones. I'd guess they'd make Energy Rifles into Heavy so the mutants can wield them, but they'd need to fix the spr's bugs related to single shots. Also, they could fix the...
