Fucking A I would. That is my biggest gripe about the game. I do not mind the transition to the new style, but the raping of the lore was just too much in my book to be considered acceptable.

I think its totally possible for them to keep this same "style" but still make a good fallout game. While unlikely to be a sequel, most anything would be better than the respectless version out now.

I rather enjoyed Fable 2. Of course, I did not follow the hype at all, because back when Fable was called Project Ego, I followed that game to hell and back and Molynux slapped me in the testicles. So I was decently suprised when Fable 2 didn't suck.

Your right titles don't matter. What does matter, is the fact the producers call this the spiritual succesor to the originals, which, IMO, it is not.

When you have a weapon drawn, you run slower. At least this is what I noticed. The bigger the gun, the slower you move.

I own Mass Effect, and while its a fun game, its a sub-par RPG. I can't play Halo. After spending lots of time LAN-ing with Unreal Tournament, I just can't do online games. I have to be able to reach over and smack the person who headshot me. I grew up on old thought provoking games...

I do not recall stating it as fact. I was just making an observation based on a family member's rarely boring choice of "ultimate gaming." I'm glad you like those games, but me, personally, see them as dumbed down shiny versions of age old games that proved to be more fun, IMO, (in my opinion)...

Do what I did, find a friend who didn't like it, and offer half price. I found that was a good enough deal for me, so I could play the game and provide a vaild opinion on it.
