Here's a problem (using RP 2.0.2e): during the battle with creatures in Redding mines, I took a jet drug to boost myself. When effect expired, my ST and PE dropped to 1. Ok, this is expected (I'm only a beginner in Fallout2). But now I just keep dying when bad effects go away, over and over...
