Hi I started playing Fallout 2 again after some time but I happen to notice that my characters animations are laggy. Game runs smooth I always have 100+fps I have no mouse lag but my character runs very slow and she looks like she's in low frame rate.

Is there's a way for me to change the Fallout 2 RP UI to Fallout Fixts one? I really like the colorful UI of the Fixt and since Fallout 2 RP uses the default one it looks really bland.
