The problem is, that there was no penalty for being "bad" in the game. You could just murder all day long without repercussions, while the "dont shoot on sight" guys who atleast tried to help or be friendly gained nothing. This breeds paranoia and eventually everyone just shoots at everyone...

Talking with Caesar was even worse with those pseudo intellectual references that ofcourse must be in there.

As long as he keeps doing stuff like Dead Money etc. I don't give a shit how he plays games in his personal time.

I don't think it's nostalgia when people play the games annualy again (I know I do :P ) to refresh their minds about the game. Fallout 1 simply "feels" the best out of all the titles to me, has nothing to do with nostalgia (like many people, I also played FO2 first before FO1). Talking about...

What? The Laser Rifle is awesome. Or are we talking about the FO3/NV crap? Same for the Minigun or assault rifle in Fo1/2. If you know how to use it and spend your perks/points wisely, they will rip everything apart.

An admirable effort again, Ursa! But I'm in the same boat with the others, it was definitely wise of Mr. Cain not to include them in Fallout 1..

Have you atleast visited the underground Laboratories? They're the best part of SoC, IMO.
